VASS Solutions provides Project Management and Program Implementation services to Suez North America (Suez Utilities). Current projects include the implementation of the KloudGin field services and asset management solution at Suez’s Delaware and Toms River (NJ) distribution companies. Over the past several years, VASS Solutions has led SUEZ through several program implementations including deployment of the Clevest mobile workforce management (MWFM) solution, of the LiGO automatic vehicle location (AVL) solution, and of the Cityworks Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution.

• Managing and leading the overall project team including the vendor(s), partners and other internal / external project stakeholders
• Providing subject matter expertise of utility best practice and technology solutions to ensure compliance and operational success in delivery
• Managing overall development, test, and UAT program acceptance criteria and results and resolving issues in coordination the stakeholders
• Providing integration services to ensure that the solutions are appropriately integrated into the SUEZ-NA enterprise technical and architectural strategy
